Narasipur was founded with the vision to be a specialist manufacturer of precision forged and machined components. We have grown into a company that is known for the high quality of its products, for our flawless delivery and our integrity in doing business
Mission
We deliver high volume, cost-effective precision forged and machined components and services. We strive to grow our business ethically and sustainably and endeavour to enable each of our talented employees to reach their full potential.
The Narasipur Group was established in 1989 by the late Mr. N.V. Aswathnarayana. A talented Mechanical Engineer with a BE from the BMS College of Engineering in Bangalore and an M.Tech from IIT Powai (Mumbai), Mr Aswathnarayana rose quickly up the ranks of the public sector giant HMT Limited at Hyderabad. He was General Manager at HMT Hyderabad when he quit the company and embarked on his dream of entrepreneurship.
“MD Sir”, as our founder was known throughout the group, was known for his emphasis on engineering excellence and high business ethics. These values have formed the bedrock upon which the group companies have grown and helped them earn the trust of their suppliers and customers.

Branching into new sectors
Padmaja helps with strategic direction for the Narsipur Group. She previously worked with Intel Corp., in Santa Clara, CA. She currently heads one of the Narasipur Group companies, Clearly Blue Digital, a knowledge services firm with practices in Content Marketing, Learning and Design. She has an MS in Computer Science from New Mexico State University (Las Cruces, NM, USA) and an MS in Physics from Bangalore University. She is also a graduate of IIM Bangalore’s program on Entrepreneurial Studies.
